Nourishing healing sessions that tend the body, mind, and spirit.
Lo mindfully weaves in earth-centered care practices, which include herbal teas, baths and steams, gentle abdominal massage and bodywork, and song and plant medicina. This nurturing can be supportive for anyone along the reproductive journey, especially those in need of fertility/cycle/hormonal or postpartum support. Lo also tends the community by offering Cerradas/Closing of the Bones ceremonies through CRMC’s AWPC program.
Investment:
An initial session lasts about 90 minutes: $175
Subsequent visits are about 60 minutes: $100
Abdominal work is paused during moon bleeds/menses, active infection, early pregnancy, recent surgery and not done for folks who have an IUD. Please contact Lo with any questions or to inquire about sliding scale fees.
Lo is honored to be a guest to many indigenous teachings she has been gifted. She is inspired and trained by her ancestors, helping spirits, beloved Mexica and Maya teachers, and current mentor Ann Drucker, guided by the precious teachings of Miss Beatrice Torres Waight in the Yucatec Maya traditions.
