Gatherings That Nourish, Support, and Uplift Our Community.

Growing Our Birth Community in Boulder County and Surrounding Areas

At Community Roots Midwife Collective

community is core to everything we do. In a world increasingly shaped by digital noise, we intentionally make space for in-person gathering.

We believe in the powerful return to slowness, relationship, and shared presence. Gathering is a habit, a practice, and a value here. Through regular circles, community events, and embodied spaces, we reconnect to ourselves, each other, and the greater collective.

Meet the Midwives

Join us at Community Roots Midwife Collective in Longmont to learn more about midwifery-led care and home birth. Our Meet the Midwives gatherings are held twice a month and offer a welcoming space to connect, ask questions, and hear our vision. Children are welcome, and we invite you to come as you are.

Community Roots Connections

CRMC hosts "Community Roots Connections” for other providers, and community members who want to learn about Community Roots offerings, services and partnership opportunities.

We believe that healing happens in community, and gathering allows us to remember what it means to be truly seen, heard, and held.

Join Our Milk Circles

Milk Circle and Círculo de Vida are free, weekly gatherings offering support and community for anyone feeding an infant at our Longmont Office:

Milk Circle Tuesdays at 12 PM
Círculo de Vida (in Spanish) Wednesdays at 11 AM

Learn About Our Community Gatherings

All of our local events are designed to foster connection across diverse identities and lived experiences. These gatherings create inclusive spaces so that everyone has the chance to gather, share stories, and grow together in person. By honoring our core value of relationship-based care and celebrating our differences, we build a stronger, more compassionate community for all.

Our Community Partners

We believe that building strong communities means working in collaboration, not isolation. CRMC is honored to partner with a number of local organizations and practitioners who share our vision of equity, healing, and connection.
