This is a free group for moms to bring their kids and sit in circle to discuss solutions that have worked for us around various topics, such as emotions, sleep, immune health.
Community Wellness Classes in the The Coffman Street Classroom
** Due to Covid-19 we are currently only hosting Meet the Midwives and Milk Circle in our outdoor space**
We have a beautiful classroom space downstairs which we share with practitioners, teachers, midwives and the greater community of 738 Coffman Street. Join us for a number of free, donation-based and low-fee classes. Our aim is to encourage community growth, and make our classes accessible to anyone who wants to participate.
