Provider as an Independent Contractor:
Get signed up with bill.com (our accountants will send you an invite)
Invoice CRMC for work (if you need help with this, please reach out)
CRMC will pay through a direct deposit through bill.com
Client Direct Assistance Grant:
Have the client fill out THIS FORM
They will get a check and then pay you
Ultimately, It will be your responsibility to make sure you are getting paid, please have this conversation up front with your clients
They can follow whatever schedule you and the client agree upon, but we recommend requesting smaller payments more often. (do the math to figure out how much per appointment, and ask for that amount each time)
